SignDocsFast processes account details, uploaded documents, signer information, IP addresses, user agents, payment records, email logs, support requests, PDF job metadata, and audit events to provide document signing, verification, billing, support, fraud prevention, security, and operational diagnostics.

Document storage

Uploaded and generated files are stored outside the public web root and encrypted at rest where stored. Access to documents is controlled through account permissions, signer tokens, and administrative safeguards.

Retention and deletion

Documents, PDF tool outputs, logs, and temporary files may be retained according to plan settings, administrative settings, legal needs, security needs, or user deletion actions. Temporary processing files are intended to be cleaned automatically.

Analytics and attribution

Public marketing pages may use privacy-conscious analytics if enabled. Private document contents, storage paths, signer tokens, and secrets should not be sent to external analytics.
