E-Sign Consent
By continuing with a SignDocsFast signing session, each signer agrees to receive and sign the presented document electronically. The signer understands they may decline to sign electronically and request another signing method from the sender.
Intent to sign
Typing, drawing, selecting, or otherwise applying an electronic signature or completing an assigned signing field indicates the signer intends to sign the document electronically where electronic signature is permitted.
Access to records
Signers should keep a copy of completed documents for their records. The sender is responsible for providing any required copies or alternative access methods.
Limits
Some documents may not be suitable for electronic signature or may require additional steps such as notarization, witnesses, government filing, or legal review.
